KUALA LUMPUR – Econpile Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd, has secured subcontract piling and substructure works for an integrated entertainment complex, worth RM347.6 million, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The project, awarded by MCC International Incorporation Ltd, should be completed within 30 months.
“The project is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the company from the financial year ending June 30, 2021 onwards,” said Econpile in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
It said there are no foreseeable significant risks, other than operational risks associated with the project during the contract period.
The management will put in place control measures and operational procedures to reduce the impact or likelihood of such events, it said. – Bernama, December 15, 2020
