‘EID’, or Hari Raya Aidilfitri, marks the end fasting month of Ramadan and ushers in a time of renewal with Syawal.

With the onset of the pandemic early last year, we have had to celebrate our holidays with constraints.

Travelling to visit families is not allowed and we still have to "stay at home" to curb the spread of Covid-19 in order to emerge from this pandemic safe and sound.

For most of us, our work, education, food as well as entertainment are now accessible online.

In the spirit of showing care and spreading joy during this festive season, Persatuan Pemuzik Malaysia/ Musicians for Musicians Malaysia (MfM) proudly presents another spectacular show for Hari Raya 2021, titled 'Mesra Aidilfitri Bersama MfM'.

It will be held today, on the sixth day of Raya, at 8.30pm.

The live stream show from Memories Studio will feature these four splendid local bands:

  • NRG
  • Sons of Adam
  • Back 2 Basixx
  • Sentuhan Buskers featuring Deen of Touch Mahal

Mesra Aidilfitri Bersama MfM will be aired on the YouTube page Musicians for Musicians.

As many local live musicians have lost their source of income over the past year, MfM (formerly known as Persatuan Pemuzik Tempatan Selangor) have continuously created platforms for musicians to perform and earn from kind donors and viewers.

Most of the shows are also aired on its Facebook page: Musicians for Musicians Malaysia. Contributions can be channelled to Persatuan Pemuzik Tempatan Selangor’s Public Bank Account: 3213 9954 08. – The Vibes, May 18, 2021
