From time-travelling romps that’ll keep you on the edge of your seat to heartwarming stories that’ll have you secretly wiping tears from your face, here are the new family-friendly titles on Netflix for you and the brood to enjoy in any mood.
In this time-travelling adventure, Ryan Reynolds plays a pilot who teams up with his younger self (newcomer Walker Scobell) and his late father (Mark Ruffalo) to come to terms with his past while saving the future.
One of director and producer Shawn Levy’s most heartfelt projects to date, this movie has something for everyone in the family to enjoy – fast-paced action, laugh out loud moments courtesy of Ryan Reynolds and his wisecracking mini-me, a heartwarming underlying message; it’s pretty much the perfect balance of comedy, action, emotion, and family values with a dash of nostalgia.

2. Upin & Ipin: Jeng Jeng Jeng!
Looks like Malaysia’s favourite twins have figured out how to travel across dimensions!
Based on the hugely popular animated series, the live-action-slash-animated standalone film follows a young orphan named Aqish who “summons” the twins to help save the day when she finds out that her orphanage is in danger of being shut down.
In the 14th season of Malaysia’s longest-running animated series, which is set to premiere on Netflix on 31 March, the eponymous twins get up to more fun as they play detectives to find a lost notebook, test a special hair growth remedy, and try their hand at first aid.

Based on a true story, honorary Malaysian Grant Gustin stars as state trooper Dan, who dreams of joining the K-9 Search & Rescue team, but no one will give him the chance. Shelter dog Ruby dreams of having a home but is running out of hope. When fate brings Dan and Ruby together, it's their unshakable bond that helps them face their toughest challenge yet.
5. He-Man and the Masters of the Universe: Season 2
The CG-animated revival of the iconic 1983 series is back, with He-Man and the Guardians of Grayskull forging new alliances – and new destinies – to outrun evil Skeletor's pursuit of power as the fate of Eternos hangs in the balance following the cliffhanger from the first season.
Created and executive produced by rapper, actor and producer Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges, Karma’s World follows the 10-year-old titular character, a lyrically gifted middle schooler who juggles her rap dreams and rhyme schemes while using her talent, ambition, and heart to solve any problem.
Season 2 sees Karma encountering new challenges that inspire new songs for Karma as she starts a new job, runs for school president, and works to make a difference in her community.

In this delightful reality crafting show, grumpy expert maker Jimmy DiResta – whom you might know as the guy who “makes stuff for a living” on his YouTube channel – fields kids' ideas for outlandish pointless inventions. Then – if he's in the mood – he and his pals build 'em.
8. Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight
Everyone’s favourite panda is back!
Jack Black has also confirmed that he will be reprising his role as Po, alongside the debut of first look images from the upcoming animated series.
Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight follows Po as he embarks on a globe-trotting quest for redemption and justice when a mysterious pair of weasels set their sights on a collection of four powerful weapons. He soon finds himself partnering up with a no-nonsense English knight named Wandering Blade.
Together, these two mismatched warriors set out on an epic adventure to find the magical weapons first and save the world from destruction… and maybe learn a thing or two from each other along the way. Stay tuned for the date announcement for Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight!
