SEREMBAN-based developer, Matrix Concepts successfully concluded their Electrifying Raya Bonanza Grand Lucky Draw Finale yesterday at d’Tempat Country Club, Bandar Sri Sendayan.

A total of 428 homebuyers were entitled to participate in the campaign during the qualifying period, contributing to an impressive RM288 million in sales.

The finale saw lucky winners walking away with prizes worth up to RM1,000,000.

The highlight of the event was the announcement of the Grand Prize winner, who drove home a BYD Sealion SUV, marking an exciting milestone for Matrix Concepts homeowners.

Other prizes included the BYD M6, an electric MPV car for the second winner, Blueshark R1 electric motorcycles, the latest iPhone 16 Pro Max, and a range of premium household appliances such as Dyson cordless vacuums, smart LED TVs, refrigerators, and home sound systems.

Chai Keng Wai, Co-Chief Executive Officer, Property Development Division of Matrix Concepts said the overwhelming response to the Electrifying Raya Bonanza demonstrates the trust and confidence our customers place in Matrix Concepts. “Beyond the prizes and festivities, this celebration reflects our promise to deliver not just homes, but lasting value and memorable experiences.

“Our aim with this campaign was to show appreciation to our purchasers, to make the homeownership journey more rewarding, and to reaffirm that choosing Matrix is about becoming part of a community that grows together.

“Today’s success reaffirms our commitment to building communities where families can thrive, and we are deeply grateful to our purchasers for being part of this journey,” he said.

In line with its ESG initiatives, Matrix Concepts emphasised sustainable living through the inclusion of EVs and energy-efficient products, encouraging greener lifestyle choices among its residents.

Matrix Concepts is moving forward with three new developments in Bandar Sri Sendayan.

Suria Heights is a luxury residential enclave along the township's prime boulevard, featuring semi-detached homes, cluster homes, and link homes anchored by a 1.86-hectare landscaped lake park.

Eka Heights introduces a 150-hectare township designed to blend modern living with nature.

Its latest residential precinct, Verra, offers freehold two-storey link homes with smart home systems and private backyards.

Laman Sendayan 2, a 49-hectare freehold residential development, caters to multigenerational living with a mix of single- and double-storey link homes.

Following the success of Laman Sendayan 1, this new phase continues Matrix Concepts' focus on family-centric townships with connectivity, amenities, and thoughtfully planned spaces.

By combining sustainability, lifestyle, and long-term value, Matrix Concepts aims to strengthen its position as a trusted community builder, ensuring its townships remain vibrant and thriving for generations to come. – September 22, 2025
