MATRIX Concepts Holdings Berhad was once again recognised at the prestigious The Edge Billion Ringgit Club & Corporate Awards 2026, receiving the Highest Return on Equity Over Three Years — Below RM3 Billion Market Capitalisation under the Property sector.

Presented at The Edge BRC Gala Dinner held at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, the award recognises Matrix Concepts’ strong return on equity performance over a three-year period, reflecting the Group’s disciplined approach to capital, resilient business fundamentals and focus on delivering sustainable value.

The achievement adds to Matrix Concepts’ track record of recognition at The Edge Billion Ringgit Club & Corporate Awards, while reinforcing the Group’s commitment to disciplined growth, sound corporate governance and long-term value creation. Kelvin Lee, Group Managing Director of Matrix Concepts, said the recognition reflects the collective efforts of the people behind the Group’s continued progress.

“We are deeply honoured to once again be recognised by The Edge Billion Ringgit Club. This award reflects the collective discipline, commitment and resilience of our people in delivering sustainable performance.

“As we move into our next chapter, we remain focused on strengthening our fundamentals, creating long-term value for our shareholders and delivering quality developments that enrich the communities we serve.”

Launched in 2010, The Edge Billion Ringgit Club & Corporate Awards recognises Malaysia’s largest and best-performing companies, as well as the leaders at their helm. Marking its 17th year in 2026, the prestigious awards bring together Malaysia’s leading public-listed companies with a market capitalisation of at least RM1 billion.

For Matrix Concepts, the recognition represents another milestone in its growing track record of corporate achievements.

It reinforces the Group’s commitment to maintaining a disciplined approach to growth while shaping well-planned and sustainable communities through its established developments in Negeri Sembilan, Johor and the Klang Valley. Looking ahead, MVV City represents an important part of the Group’s next phase of growth.

Spanning 2,382 acres with an estimated GDV of RM15 billion, the integrated development brings together industrial, residential and commercial components, anchored by MVV TechValley. – September 28, 2026
