MATRIX Concepts Holdings Berhad (Matrix Concepts) has been recognised among the Top 10 developers in the Top of the Chart (Market Capitalisation RM1 billion and above) category at the Malaysia Developer Awards (MDA) 2026.

This marks another significant milestone for the Group as it celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, recognising the Group’s strong track record in financial performance, innovation and community-focused developments.

Organised jointly by FIABCI-Malaysia and Star Media Group, the Malaysia Developer Awards is an industry recognition platform that provides benchmarking for property developers and celebrates achievements across quantitative, qualitative and Top of The Chart categories.

The recognition comes as Matrix Concepts celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2026, marking its journey from a property developer rooted in Negeri Sembilan to a diversified group with business interests spanning property development, construction, education, hospitality and healthcare.

Kelvin Lee, Group Managing Director of Matrix Concepts, said the recognition was a meaningful milestone for the Group as it celebrates three decades of growth and looks towards its next chapter.

“Being recognised among Malaysia’s Top 10 developers is a meaningful achievement for Matrix, as it reflects the dedication of our people, partners and communities who have been part of our journey and contributed to the progress we have made over the years.

“As we mark 30 years, we are proud of what we have built, but equally focused on what lies ahead. We will continue to strengthen our townships, create places that respond to the evolving needs of communities and pursue opportunities that deliver long-term value for our stakeholders,” he said.

As Matrix Concepts enters its next chapter, the MDA 2026 recognition adds to a series of industry accolades received by the Group over the years and reinforces the strength of the platform it has built over the past three decades. – October 15, 2026
