RESIDENTS of the Sri Sabah Flats in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur are up in arms after a man, believed to be a delivery rider was caught on video urinating at the lifts.

In a Facebook post, one of the residents said the incident occurred at Block 64 on Nov 19 at around 2.10pm.

"Does he think this is a toilet? No civic consciousness at all.

"We went through so much effort to paint the lifts, and he is happily urinating on it.

"This is what causes our lifts to break down," she wrote.
