GRATITUDE is something that we should be able to express on any occasion, despite the roller coaster of events we have had to endure to realise it.
The last year alone, Malaysians have gone through a whirlwind of highs and lows. From the sacrifices made by frontliners doing their level best in maintaining some sort of order in controlling the outbreak to the shared solidarity over mental health awareness, alarming suicide rates and the lives lost to Covid, the food baskets being distribute to those struggling with quarantine, as well as the recent change in government.
Ahead of the coming National Day celebration, let’s revisit the memories that relighted the true spirit of our nation’s noteworthy empathy and restless vigour. Two powerful factors that shapes the love we have for the country we call home.
