ON Thursday, UPBH World Holding Sdn Bhd announced the UPBH Business Entrepreneurs Branding, Collaboration & Award Night to be held on June 29.

UPBH has recently launched their Business Ecosystem platform to help struggling businesses and SMEs overcome the impact the Covid-19 lockdowns has had on the economy and business community.

UPBH Business Ecosystem platform’s mission is to help facilitate outsourcing business functions within the platform, connect organisations that can provide funding, connect firms that provide the technology or channels needed to carry on business, and suppliers of complementary goods and services.

At the awards night event on June 29, there will be an award presentation by UPBH group advisor Tengku Datuk Dr Hishammuddin Zaizi, Tan Sri Richard Cham, and Tan Sri Teo Chiang Hong to deserving entrepreneurs.

An ongoing fundraising effort has also been in effect to raise funds to build a two-storey healthcare centre at Pusat Jagaan Warga Tua (Persatuan Kebajikan Sam Ching Kong) and to build a new orphanage building for Persatuan Kasih Sayang Kanak-Kanak Padmasambhava Klang Selangor.

Persatuan Kasih Sayang Kanak-kanak Padmasambhava Klang is currently renting four lots of three-storey shop lots at Kristal Klang Commercial Centre, Batu Belah in Klang, Selangor.

This is unsuitable for the 48 children who are residing there as they need a safer, more child-friendly environment to grow up in, with space for physical activities and outdoor games. Of the donations received during this fundraising, 100% will be given out to these two charitable bodies. – The Vibes, May 17, 2022
