GOBIND Singh Deo, who topped the list in the CEC polls, is DAP’s new national chairman, taking over from party veteran Lim Guan Eng.
He was named to the top post by the party’s newly-elected 30-member central executive committee.
Guan Eng will take on the post of advisor, a position previously held by party veteran Tan Kok Wai, who decided not to contest in today’s election.
Anthony Loke Siew Fook will remain as party secretary-general for a second term.
Loke's deputies are Steven Sim, Hannah Yeoh and Ramkarpal Singh.
