AUTHORITIES have identified the whereabouts of businessman Victor Chin, according to Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, who confirmed the development while declining to provide further detail.

“We know where he is,” he told reporters, offering no elaboration on the circumstances or potential next steps.

Saifuddin indicated that police would proceed in a structured manner, beginning with determining the direction of the investigation and identifying the modus operandi before calling in any individuals connected to the case.

He stressed that enforcement agencies would act methodically rather than precipitously, adding that measures such as travel restrictions or passport seizures would not be imposed at this stage. - March 25, 2026
