COMMUNICATIONS Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil today engaged with Form Six students from several secondary schools in Jempol as part of the PENTARAMA X Kelab Malaysiaku and Safe Internet Campaign programme held at the Jempol District Information Office in Negeri Sembilan.
A total of 60 Form Six students from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Batu Kikir, SMK Seri Perpatih and SMK Datuk Mansor took part in the relaxed and interactive session, which provided a platform for them to share their views and engage directly with senior leadership from the Ministry of Communications.
Using an "educate and entertain" approach, the programme aimed to inspire patriotism, strengthen understanding of the Rukun Negara principles, and enhance digital literacy and responsible social media usage among secondary school students.
The programme also featured informal discussions, a national identity quiz, the Safe Internet Campaign, an Artificial Intelligence for All briefing, and informative performances by PENTARAMA.
Since its implementation in 2024, PENTARAMA X Kelab Malaysiaku has recorded participation from 75,133 students and teachers across 98 schools.
This year, the programme will be expanded to 120 secondary schools that are members of Kelab Malaysiaku nationwide, with a target participation of 90,000 students and teachers.
Also present were Information Department director-general Erwin Khairul Ahmad and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Negeri Sembilan state director Tuan Haji Faisal Hamdi Mohammed Ghouth. - July 26, 2026
