TWO individuals involved in the incident that led to the death of a stray dog ​​named 'Rocky' arrived at the Klang Court today.

The two, S. Roghini Devi, 42 and Muhammad Shah Idham Nor Haikal Shaharom, 24, arrived six minutes apart, starting at 8.38 am.

They were accompanied by their respective lawyers and are expected to be charged under the Animal Welfare Act.

Security was also tightened with the presence of 50 police personnel and officers from the South Klang District Police Headquarters.

There were also no signs of any gatherings or protests at the court.

Rocky’s death attracted widespread attention after a video related to the incident at Taman Telok Gedong Indah on July 29 went viral on social media. – August 20, 2026
