GEORGE TOWN – A 24-year-old woman, who was missing in the Teluk Bahang jungle, was found in two hours last night.

The Fire and Rescue Department found her at about 9.52pm.

Norhani Adillah Abdul Halim was found thanks to the rescuers’ trekking abilities and the volunteers who turned up.

Her younger sister reported that Norhani drove a Proton Preve at 8pm and went missing. Norhani was last seen entering the jungle in front of Spice Garden at Teluk Bahang.

Senior fire officer Wan Abd Malik Wan Husin said they received a report at 8pm and quickly organised a search.

“It was pitch dark when the team members entered the jungle. Our search mission went on for almost two hours before we found her.” – The Vibes, October 20, 2020
