PETALING JAYA – A puppy is winning hearts on TikTok for his amazing ability to become a dog with a “job”.

Brandy Yap has been sharing short clips of her puppy, who would apparently sulk if she was not allowed to bring in parcels when they arrive.

The puppy can be seen jumping up and down happily when the delivery rider arrived, eagerly waiting for the parcel.

The delivery rider would comply and hand over the parcel through the gate for the puppy to fetch and bring inside.

When asked how she trained the puppy, Yap replied in the comment section that she would often order stuff online, and that when her parcels arrive, she would go to the gate with the puppy in tow so they could collect them together.

The training must have worked, as the puppy no longer needed Yap to follow him to the gate.

Cat owners commented saying that they could not do this with their cats, despite having many at home.

One of the clips that Yap shared has amassed a million views at the time of writing, showing the puppy taking a parcel from an ABX Express delivery rider.

The rider, too, appeared amused by the sight of the hardworking puppy, and was seen snapping a photo of the puppy bringing the parcel into the house. – The Vibes, October 16, 2023
