KUALA LUMPUR - MSI announces University e-League (UEL) as its Malaysian partner, launching MGA UEL VALORANT Series, which is an esports circuit focused on widely popular first-person shooter (FPS) games.
Registrations are now open for collegiate-level students until July 13 via the UEL website, and the circuit is expected to take place from July to September 2021.
Competitor teams are expected to go head-to-head in two stages of competition, qualifiers and grand finals held between July 17 and September 12, for a prize pool worth RM5,000.
"The winner of the MGA UEL VALORANT Series will be set to represent Malaysia at the MSI’s MGA University Championship, a Southeast Asian esports circuit participated by the best collegiate teams in the region including Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam.
