Your absolute beginners’ guide to home workout

OKAY let’s face it. None of us know when we will ever get out of this on and off lockdown (hopefully soon we all hope!). But even when we are able to go out and about, necessary measures still need to be taken seriously as the virus might still be out there. So possibilities are, working out at home will still be an in thing for the next couple of years. Actually, working out at home is doable and good. Imagine working out at the comfort of your own home, you can wear whatever you want, make any sort of noise, with no insecurities and judgement with your furry kids around you. Isn’t that the ideal life?

Which is the reason we created B-Strong for you. And some may ask, why B-Strong? Will I get bulky? Can I lose weight? The answer is, no you won’t get bulky, and if losing weight is your goal, with a proper diet, yes you will lose weight. We named our program B-Strong because our goal is to assist people to be the best version of themselves. To discover the strength that we all have that has been buried for many years. When you’re stronger, you can achieve any goal you want, whether it's weight loss or getting a lean body.

B-Strong is a 4-week programme where we carefully combine HIIT, Barre, Strength and Yoga into one programme. It's probably the only one you will find in Malaysia. Why a combination? Because doing only one workout for a long period of time is… let’s face it, boring. Before the end of the programme you will feel like giving up. We understand because we’ve been through it.

This programme has also been carefully curated for absolute beginners with no experience in working out at all. All you need to have is a yoga mat (or exercise mat), light weights and your goals and determination. Basically, that’s it. You don’t need anything else. Since everything is pre-recorded, you can do your program at any time that suits you, but we recommend you not to miss any day if you want to see results! - The Vibes. June 30, 2021
