My mom and I used to love watching singing shows on TV and would just laugh at almost everything right down to the colour of lipstick and the Christmas tree looking sequined dresses they wear. Yeah, I mean why not? They can’t hear us and it won’t affect them in any way at all.
Without realizing it, we were creating this negative energy around us and funnily, like the domino effect, our day will be ruined too. But why? And how? Do we attract negative energies by just having bad vibes and bad intentions? The answer is YES! Believe it or not, I swear this works for me.
Every time I do good and say good, I get a great day. As easy as that. It sounds cheesy I know but it works every time. Plant a good intention when you start your day, be thankful at the end of it and come back to that intention.
Bring good vibes and people will crave it and it’s contagious. Always be kind and be happy and that will be absorbed into everyone around you. I start my day with a huge smile and lots of red lipstick and this practice of warming the body and the heart that I have included here. Happy trying! Vibe on guys! Stay safe! Vibe high and the magic around you will unfold.
