MARIO Balotelli is synonymous to controversy and the troublesome player has once again got into hot water.

The former Liverpool and Manchester City player is now plying his trade in Turkey with Adana Demirspor who he joined in July from Serie B side Monza.

Apparently he punched a teammate after being substituted in the Turkish Super Lig match against Konyaspor on Friday.

The Italy international was upset and raged when returning to the bench. He threw an object in frustration and then puched his teammate in the dugout.

Balotelli, 31, made 70 Premier League appearances during spells with both City and Liverpool between 2010 and 2015.
