KUALA LUMPUR – Women’s singles player K Letshanaa returns to the national setup on March 1.

The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) today announced the news on their official Twitter account and was delighted to welcome the 20-year-old shuttler BAM back into the fold.

“BAM is delighted to have a player of her potential back with the national team. She will surely add depth and strengthen the women’s singles team,” read the tweet.

“We have been closely monitoring her progress during her recovery process and have been impressed with the commitment she has shown.”

Previously, Letshanaa was called up to the national team when she was 17.

However, she was forced to leave the national team last year due to a back injury.

BAM also noted that Letshanaa had shown immense potential, including winning the national Under-18 title and the Mauritius International in 2018 and recently concluded Uganda International.

They agreed to work with her and assist in her development and progress. – The Vibes, February 27, 2023
