RESIDENTS of the Seri Alam low-cost flats (PPR) in Kuala Lumpur have urged the government to allow them to purchase the homes that they are currently renting.

They said after paying rent for more than 10 years, they should be able to buy the flats so that they will have a permanent home for their families.

Seri Alam Phase 2 residents association president Hisham Ghazali said they have been pleading with the authorities for years to allow them to buy the flats.– June 25, 2024.
