SEVEN SPM candidates were sent to school in a Civil Defence Force (APM) lorry due to inaccessible roads caused by the floods.
In a statement, it said accompanying the students were three SPM invigilators and two teachers.
The road to the school has been accessible only by heavy vehicles since Sunday (Jan 12) due to flooding caused by the swelling of the Rajang River after two days of heavy rain.
“We began transporting them to the school at 7am. The operation went smoothly and they arrived at the school safely at 7.30am,” read the statement.
APM was also assisted by the army in the operation. - January 13, 2025
