MORE than 2,000 people thronged the recent Matrix Concepts’ Durian Fiesta 2024 at Bayu Sutera Galleria in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negri Sembilan recently.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd Chief Marketing Officer Lim Kok Yee said the company ordered over 2.5 tonnes of premium durians for the guests, including a variety of other local fruits like pandan coconut, jackfruit, rambutan, mangosteen, and watermelon.

The durian varieties included musang king, D24, IOI and teka.

“The turnout has been remarkable, and we are thrilled by the overwhelming response from our valued home buyers and the Sendayan communities at our durian fiesta,” said Lim.

He said the durian fiesta was a gesture of appreciation for customers’ loyalty over the years and also mentioned plans for future events to foster greater community engagement.

Bayu Sutera, a 216-acre lakeside residential community in the heart of Bandar Sri Sendayan, was first launched in 2021 and a total of 963 units had been completed and handed over to homeowners. – August 5, 2024.
