WITH Halloween just around the corner, Malaysians have also jumped on the bandwagon to spook and get spooked.

Well, for those who are spooked, fret not, as the Ghostbusters are in town.

In a viral video, two men were spotted on the streets of Kuala Lumpur dressed as The Ghostbusters.

The first Ghostbusters movie, starring Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Sigourney Weaver and Harold Ramis was released in 1984 and after a long pause, in 2021, Ghostbusters: Afterlife was released.

The phrase "Who you gonna call?" is among the most popular phrases in the history of cinema.

As for the Malaysian Ghostbusters, the duo were spotted dressed in beige full-body suits and black boots and armed with proton packs with a little ghost extension.

They were seen driving around in a white car, known as The Ecto-1 (also as the Ectomobile) in the movie.

Onlookers were pleasantly surprised and many took the opportunity to take photographs with the duo.

Over in Malacca, one should not miss Cik Ponti, a pontianak that was spotted busking on the streets.

And what is most amusing is that the pontianak offers the audience the option of donating through QR Pay.
