MALAYSIA Airlines recently proudly operated Flight MH2610 from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu with an all-women team - from the ground to the skies.

From check-in agents, engineers, and security officers to cabin crew and pilots, every touchpoint of the journey reflected the strength, expertise, and leadership of women in aviation.

"With women now making up 36% of Malaysia Aviation Group’s workforce, surpassing IATA’s 25 by 2025 target, this milestone marks not just progress, but a powerful reminder that the sky has no limits.

"To all our colleagues and future aviators, may the flight inspire you to dream bigger and break barriers," it said in a Facebook post. - September 18, 2025
