ONE of the biggest differences between stress and anxiety is stress happens when there is a trigger or there’s a cause to it, but anxiety can strike us when there's not even an external threat.

In this video, Jojo takes us through a journaling exercise to release our top three stressors, a guided grounding meditation to ground our energies followed by a guided Ho’oponopono meditation to send love and light to your list of stressors.

The benefits of journaling:

- Helps you understand past experiences

- Reflection & healing

- Strengthens emotional well-being

What you’ll need:

Pen & Paper

Your task:

Write down your top 3 stresses & anxieties

Get your pen and paper ready to write down - three top things that you feel causes your anxiety or if you don't think that you get anxious all that much then use the same exercise and list down three things that are stressing you out in your life.  – The Vibes, January 30, 2021
