ONCE we have identified a goal that is important to us, how do we ensure that we will do everything it takes to get it off the ground? What are the ideal conditions for our goals to come to life?

When you plant a seed of intention, it is much like planting a tree. You need to make sure it has the right soil, enough water and sunlight to really thrive. So, what are some of the factors we should be looking at, to ensure that we are aligned with the goals and positive intentions that we’ve set, to really make them a success? In this video, Jojo brings us through 5 important ways you could make your goals stick.

1 - Set Realistic Goals

2 - Be Consistent

3 - Apply Self Discipline

4 - Become Accountable

5 - Be Willing to be Uncomfortable

It is already a great step in the right direction to set goals that will bring about positive changes in your life but we have to be willing to put in the ‘work’. We need to be brutally honest with ourselves on the nature of these goals, how much we really want them and what lengths are we willing to go to, in order to achieve them. In order to avoid becoming “all talk, and no action”. It is crucial we are setting goals we feel are achievable and realistic and that we are in the right mental space to really stick to them. Good luck! – The Vibes, April 3, 2021
