THE month-long Asean Human Rights Cartoon Exhibition is hosting its first forum themed ‘Cartoonist: Enemy of the State’, today at 2pm Malaysian time, bringing together cartoonists, a cartoon critic and an activist as part of the speaking panel. 

Josua Cabrera, Guzwid, Professor Dr Muliyadi Mahmood and Nalini Elumalai join Zunar in the event. 

There will also be a special appearance by an unnamed cartoonist who will be joining the line-up. 

The first correct guesses will receive a signed copy of Zunar’s Cartoon Book.
