IT all starts with your morning, the very moment you open your eyes. Many successful entrepreneurs and individuals have never failed to vouch for the importance of a morning regimen.

In fact, many of them have a set morning routine.

The way you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of your day.

Here's an example of Oprah Winfrey's morning routine:

6.00 am – Wake up

6.30 am –  Take the dogs out

7.00 am –  Spiritual exercises

8:30 am – Breakfast

If you want to change your life, then change the way you start your day as it dictates your mental state for the rest of the day, always start with an intention and some movements to wake your body up. Harness the power of your morning routine

Jojo's tips to start your morning right:

• If you want to do yoga in the morning, lay your mat out the night before

• Go jogging? Put on your running shoes, the first thing in the morning

• Want mental clarity? Start your day without checking your phone

• Want better focus? Start your day with meditating

In this video, Jojo explains the importance of a morning routine and what are the things you can do to start your day right.  – The Vibes, December 19, 2020
