PARTI Warisan President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has categorically rejected claims that the party is attempting to buy or sway the allegiance of state assembly members, reaffirming the party’s commitment to integrity and democratic principles.

“I categorically deny any allegations that Warisan is attempting to buy or induce support from ADUN,” Shafie said in a statement released on Tuesday. “Your trust is greatly valued, and we carry this mandate with utmost humility and respect. Warisan honours the people’s mandate and the democratic process, which forms the foundation of our state governance.”

He stressed that Warisan will continue to execute its responsibilities with dignity, consistency, and unwavering dedication to serving the people of Sabah.

The statement comes in response to circulating rumours suggesting that Warisan had met with several assembly members, claims which the party now firmly denies. - December 2, 2025
