HIS Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, and Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, Queen of Malaysia, have paid tribute to fathers nationwide in conjunction with Father's Day, describing them as the pillars of strength within the family and the guiding force behind the nation's future generations.

In a message shared on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar's official Facebook page, Their Majesties acknowledged the enduring sacrifices made by fathers and expressed appreciation for their invaluable role in nurturing and guiding their children.

“Fathers are the source of strength for every family and the guiding force that shapes the future of their children.

“Thank you for every sacrifice, for your love and your invaluable guidance. Although these feelings are seldom expressed in words, a father's devotion and contributions remain forever in our hearts,” His Majesty said.

In the same message, the King also offered prayers for his late father, Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, and Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah II.

“May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala bestow His mercy upon my late father, Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, and Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah II,” His Majesty said. - June 21, 2026
