Govt allocates RM150m to complete 554 homes for next-generation Felda settlers
The additional funding will support three housing projects in Johor and Terengganu - October 27, 2026

THE government has allocated an additional RM150 million to complete 554 homes for the next generation of Felda settlers at three sites in Johor and Terengganu.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the projects comprise 200 homes each at Felda Bukit Aping Timur and Felda Pasak in Johor, and 154 homes at Felda Kerteh 5 in Terengganu.

The three projects were announced during the Felda Settlers' Day celebration on July 7.

Anwar said the Rumah Pahang project at Felda Jengka 11 in Bandar Jengka had been fully handed over to the Pahang state government, particularly the Pahang Housing and Property Board (LPHP).

He said the project recorded 75 per cent progress in 2025 and was now at the maintenance stage under the responsible parties.

Anwar was responding to Kamal Ashaari (PN-Kuala Krau), who sought an update on the implementation and status of New Generation Felda Housing Project (PGBF) developments, including the completion timeline for Rumah Pahang, which had reached 71 per cent progress in early 2025.

He said the PGBF programme began in 2013, with 2,458 homes across 12 sites completed and occupied by eligible members of Felda's next generation. - October 27, 2026
