Prihatin helpline down temporarily

CYBERJAYA – The Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat helpline at 1800-88-2747 has been temporarily closed beginning today until further notice.

The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) said in a statement today that enquiries and problems related to the Prihatin applications can be made at the nearest IRB branch or revenue service centres (PKH).  

It added that customers can also refer to the frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the Prihatin aid at its website for details concerning MyBPR registration matters, new applications and Prihatin information updates. – Bernama, January 18, 2021
