Covid-19: 489 cases today, no deaths

PETALING JAYA – After a record high 691 cases were reported yesterday, a total of 489 new Covid-19 positive cases were recorded today, according to Health Director-General Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

He said of the 489 cases, 487 were local transmissions, while the other two were imported cases.

The latest development also sees the cumulative total number of cases rising to 13,993, with active cases at 3,351.

No fatalities were reported today, keeping the death toll at 141. – The Vibes, October 7, 2020
