KUALA LUMPUR – National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (Finas) chairman Zakaria Abdul Hamid has tested positive for Covid-19.

He received his result yesterday.

Finas in a statement today said Zakaria will undergo quarantine based on the advice and monitoring conducted by the Health Ministry.

“Throughout the treatment period, all Finas affairs and operations will run as usual.

“He thanks all those who have prayed for his recovery, and apologises for the inconvenience caused by his situation.” – The Vibes, May 4, 2021
