KUALA LUMPUR – Those who used the mass rapid transit service on the Kajang line on Thursday are advised to undergo a Covid-19 swab test, after a passenger tested positive for the disease.
In a statement today, rail operator Prasarana Malaysia Bhd said the advice follows a confession and public apology by the passenger in question, Hanim Azman, on Twitter.
“To anyone who was in the MRT train from Bukit Bintang to Kajang on May 27 (6.40pm) and the KTM (Keretapi Tanah Melayu) train from Kajang to Seremban (7.26pm), if you have any Covid-19 symptoms, please undergo a swab test immediately because my test result came back positive.
