KUALA LUMPUR – Commuters may experience a tough time heading home during rush hour today given the service disruption at the LRT Sri Petaling line.
The disruption is understood to have been caused by a tree that fell on the tracks.
According to RapidKL’s Twitter page, the company has mobilised staff to clear the tracks.

Meanwhile, as clearing works are underway, trains have been forced to stop at LRT stations.
“Our service is experiencing a delay due to a fallen tree on the tracks.
“All trains are stopped and held at stations and clearance work could take up to 30 minutes.
“Passengers are advised to make alternative arrangements as well as remain calm and listen to instructions,” RapidKL tweeted.
