A PASSENGER, who is believed to have fainted, fell onto the tracks at the Wangsa Maju LRT station at about 6.52 am today.
In a statement, RapidKL said its Platform Intrusion Emergency Stop (PIES) was activated, and all power to the track was disconnected temporarily.
This caused a slight delay to the services along the Kelana Jaya route.
The passenger was taken to safety and later to the emergency room for initial treatment.
RapidKL also advised passengers who feel unwell to immediately seek assistance from the auxiliary police officers or station personnel. – September 22, 2026
