KUALA LUMPUR – DAP’s Dr Kelvin Yii Lee Wuen was elected as the party youth wing’s (Dapsy) chief during its national congress yesterday.

Dr Yii replaces Howard Lee who is now running for a place in the central executive committee during the main party congress meeting today.
On Facebook, Dr Yii thanked his peers and supporters for entrusting him with the post.
“With this trust and responsibility given to me, I will carry out (my duties) wholeheartedly with my team, especially to unite and consolidate Dapsy nationwide,” he said.
Dr Yii also expressed gratitude to Jamaliah and Teh, saying they share the same ideologies in wanting to see Dapsy strengthened.
“I am confident in the potential and ability of young people to forge a better future and I believe Dapsy will continue to be a catalyst and thinker that will bring creative and innovative solutions to the issues faced by young people and all Malaysians.”
