KUALA LUMPUR – A Bangladeshi construction worker died after being crushed by a sand barrel at a site in Bandar Pinggiran Subang today.
According to the Selangor Fire and Rescue Department, an emergency call was received today at 11.57am and a team of five from the Sg Buloh station arrived by 12.15pm.
“The male victim was found crushed by a sand barrel. The Bangladeshi national is believed to be dead,” it said in a brief statement.
It appears that the site houses a high-rise mixed property development.

“Police at the Kg Baru Subang police station received a call from an individual informing them that a Bangladeshi had died due to the incident at approximately 11.25am.”
