Inside Shazmin’s Head – Ep 16: Who’s voice is that in your head?
Our inner voice (or voices) comes from somewhere in our subconscious. Can we come to understand and even control it? – Unsplash pic, October 3, 2022

HOW many of us are aware of our inner voices? Do you ever wonder from where within us these voices rise up into our conscious minds?

Is there perhaps more than one voice? Is it possible at all to not have a voice in our heads? And what happens when you try to shut them out or suppress them?

At what point does this fall under the scope of mental disorder?

Dr Joel and Shazmin unpack the monkey-mind chatter going on in your head, what their usefulness could be for the observer (that’s YOU), and how to master your inner dialogue. – The Vibes, October 3, 2022
