KUALA LUMPUR – National women’s doubles pair Pearly Tan and M. Thinaah's impressive run in the Indonesia Masters ended after they were defeated by Indonesian pair A.Rahayu and S.Ramadhanti in the semi-final at the Istora Senayan today.

It was a heartbreaking experience for the Malaysians who fought hard only to lose the match in a rubber set. They lost 23-21, 14-21, 21-14 in 73 minutes to the gritty Indonesians.

Rahayu-Ramadhanti will play against world number one Chen Qing Chen-Jia Yi Fan of China in tomorrow’s final. – The Vibes, June 11, 2022
