TANYA Roberts, who played geologist Stacey Sutton in 'A View to a Kill,' opposite Roger Moore in his final outing as 007, died on Monday night, her partner confirms.

She was 65.

In a sad twist that brings to mind a number of James Bond titles, such as ‘You Only Live Twice’ and ‘No Time to Die’, Roberts seemed to have a new lease on life, after a mistaken report on Sunday night.

Media reports citing her longtime publicist, Mike Pingle, had previously announced that she had died that night.

Her partner, Lance O'Brien told CNN he was distraught after saying goodbye to her at her hospital bedside on Sunday and left believing it would be the last time he saw her.

The next morning, he got a call from the hospital and learned that Roberts was still alive.

However, O'Brien said he was notified after 9pm Monday that Roberts had passed.

Roberts was hospitalized in Los Angeles on Christmas Eve, after she collapsed at her California home.

O’Brien tells the Daily Mail that Roberts was very healthy and athletic, and that her sudden death was incredibly shocking.

After suffering from a mild cough and shortness of breath, the couple planned to have her tested for Covid-19, which unfortunately never took place.

She was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection (UTI) and her condition deteriorated rapidly.

Born Victoria Leigh Blum, Roberts began her career as a model before beginning an acting career.

She starred in the cult favorites ‘The Beastmaster’ and ‘Sheena: Queen of the Jungle,’ as well as several well-known TV shows, such as ‘Fantasy Island,’ ‘The Love Boat,’ and one season of ‘Charlie's Angels’.

Later in her career, Roberts then earned a new generation of fans on the hit comedy ‘That 70s Show.’  – The Vibes, January 6, 2021
