ROCK legend Sting has just announced a March 2023 concert in Kuala Lumpur, as part of his ongoing My Songs world tour.

The venue is Plenary Hall in KL Convention Centre on March 20, with a concert that will feature songs from across his decades-long career as both a solo artist and as a member of The Police. English singer-songwriter Joe Sumner will be a special guest at the show.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public on October 28 at 10am via Go Live Asia, with a Sting fan club pre-sale on October 26 and a Live Nation member pre-sale on October 27. Prices range from RM398 to RM1,288, not including ticket fees and booking charges.

The concert will come at the tail end of a five-date run of shows in Japan. No other tour dates in Asia have been announced yet.

Earlier this year, Sting sold his entire songwriting catalogue to Universal Music Publishing Group in a deal rumoured to be worth over US$250 million. – The Vibes, October 25, 2022
