POPSTAR Harry Styles is going to perform at the 65th Grammy Awards, held on February 5 (Saturday) at Crypto Arena in Los Angeles. The show, which will be hosted by comedian Trevor Noah, will also feature performances by Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Brandi Carlile, Luke Combs, Steve Lacy, Lizzo, Kim Petras, and Sam Smith.
Styles is currently on his 'Love on Tour' North American leg and will be finishing it up three nights before the awards show, he will then resume the tour in Australia, three weeks later.
The former member of pop group One Direction performed his hit 'Watermelon Sugar' on the Grammy telecast two years ago. He also won his first Grammy as ‘best pop solo performance’ for the track.
Beyonce leads all 2023 Grammy nominees with nine nominations, followed by Kendrick Lamar with eight and Adele and Carlile tied with seven nominations. Four artists have six nominations each: Future, Harry Styles, Mary J. Blige, DJ Khaled, and Randy Merrill.
Beyonce, Adele, Styles, Lamar and Lizzo are the five nominees in the top three all-genre categories: record, album, and song of the year. Blige and ABBA also received nominations for record and album of the year. Steve Lacy has landed in two top categories, with nominations for record and song of the year for his hit 'Bad Habit.'
Prior to the telecast, the Grammy Awards premiere ceremony will be broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater at 12.30pm Pacific Time and will be streamed live on live.grammy.com.
