ADCOTE Matrix Malaysia (Formerly known as Matrix Global Schools) marked its 10th anniversary recently with a grand celebration, commemorating a decade of providing quality education and fostering growth within the community.
The event brought together over 400 guests, including distinguished guests, staff, alumni, and community stakeholders, to reflect on the institution's achievements and reaffirm its commitment to the future.
The celebration featured a special orchestra performance by the students, along with song and dance performances, a cake-cutting ceremony to officiate the event, and a time capsule ceremony to commemorate this milestone.
Negeri Sembilan State Exco member Teo Kok Siong, officiated the event, highlighting the importance of Adcote Matrix Malaysia's contributions to the educational landscape.
Datuk Seri Lee Tian Hock, founder of Adcote Matrix Malaysia, shared his inspiring journey and the vision behind establishing the school.
He recounted his personal background and the driving force that led him to create an institution dedicated to nurturing future generations.
Growing up in a poor family, Lee quickly realised that education was the only way to empower oneself, gain knowledge, and create a better life—not only for oneself but also to support one’s family.He stated,
“I grew up in a poor family, and I quickly realised that education is the only way to empower oneself, gain knowledge, and create a better life, not only for oneself but also to support one’s family.
"This belief has always guided me and inspired me to establish the school. The reason why I established the school was to facilitate the Negeri Sembilan community," he said.
The event also served as an opportunity to acknowledge the contributions of past and present employees, alumni, and management, all of whom have played a crucial role in shaping Adcote Matrix Malaysia's success.
As Adcote Matrix Malaysia embarks on its next chapter, the institution remains steadfast in its mission to provide exceptional education, empower students, and contribute to the growth and development of the community. - February 27, 2025
