MATRIX Concepts Holdings Berhad (Matrix Concepts) was recognised at the recent StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards (SPDA) 2026, with five honours across its townships in Negeri Sembilan and Johor.

This year, the Group celebrates a landmark moment as it marks its 10th consecutive year of recognition at the StarProperty Awards since 2017, further strengthened by five new wins.

“It is a proud achievement that reflects not only the quality of its developments, but also the commitment, dedication and community values that continue to define the group’s work,” said Matrix Concepts director, Kelvin Lee Chin Chuan.

Among this year’s awards was The Cornerstone Award (Best Landed Development), Negeri Sembilan, presented to Suria Heights, a neighbourhood known for its balanced and contemporary interpretation of family living.

This was followed by The Family-Friendly Award (Best Family Centric Development, Landed), Negeri Sembilan, awarded to Bayu Sutera, one of Bandar Sri Sendayan’s most thoughtfully planned neighbourhoods.

“The development was recognised for its family-first design philosophy, where practical layouts, safe neighbourhood streets and green community pockets come together to encourage daily interaction, active outdoor living and long-term wellbeing,” said Lee.

Meanwhile, Bandar Seri Impian in Kluang was honoured with The Neighbourhood Award (Best Comprehensive Township, 500–2,000 acres).

Lee said this acknowledgement highlights the township’s steady, well-structured progress over the years—reflecting a development approach that prioritises completeness, accessibility, and inclusivity.

With essential amenities, diverse homes, and a maturing ecosystem of lifestyle facilities, he said, Bandar Seri Impian has cemented its position as one of Johor’s most established and community-oriented townships.

In addition, Matrix Concepts was recognised in the StarProperty Readers’ Choice Awards, being named among the Top 3 Most Preferred Developers.  – May 9, 2026
