IT is more blessed to give than to receive. Dignity for Children Foundation (Dignity) has been the recipient of many generous Malaysians. Wanting to give back to the many who gave them a helping hand, the NGO is organising a series of life skills workshops for their donors and sponsors.

Held online via Zoom on specific Saturdays, the workshops focus on practical skills such as healthy cooking, bleach art for apparel and house organisation skills.

November 13 from 2pm – 3.15pm: Upcycle Bleach Art by Delphine Waiy

A recognised graphic artist and children’s art teacher, Delphine will demonstrate how to give new life to some of your favourite T-shirts and apparels. Registration closes on November 11.

November 20 from 2pm – 3.30pm: Konmari® with kids by Rebecca Jo Rushdy

Rebecca Rushdy is Malaysia’s first KonMari® certified consultant. She will be sharing on how you can keep a tidy house even with your kids. Registration closes on November 18.

Those interested can register online at www.tiny.cc/dignityworkshops. Registration is free and is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Meanwhile, Dignity will also be holding their virtual Open Day for its pre-school, primary and  secondary education programmes. It will be held on October 23 from 9am onwards. Those  interested to learn more about these programmes can register via www.tiny.cc/dignityopenday. – The Vibes, October 18, 2021
