UNABLE to tolerate her son's constant refusal to complete his homework, a woman decided to take extreme measures - she took him to the police station!

Nor Syuhada Mohd Zahri, 42, shared in her TikTok account that each time she asked, her 11-year-old son, who is the youngest, would tell her that he had completed his homework, reported Sinar Harian.

However, she said his secret was revealed when his teacher told her the truth.

"I was shocked when I learnt that my son had not done his homework though he had repeatedly told me he had.

"I was fed up with correcting him and decided to take him to the nearest police station to instil some fear in him.

"When I arrived at the station, the policeman on duty played along and understood the situation," she said.

According to Nor Syuhada, who is also a teacher, the policeman also 'cautioned' him that he would be put into the lock-up if he continued not to complete his homework.

The mother of five said she did what she had to so her son would realise his mistake.

"The policeman played along and pretended to 'question' my son.

"My son really felt remorseful for his actions and later cried to me and asked for forgiveness," she said.

She said her son had since improved and has been completing his homework on time.

"I wish to thank the police for their cooperation and understanding. My son is much better now and promised not to repeat his mistake," she added. - November 14, 2024
