Hamzah urged all party wings to be prepared for the coming GE - September 6, 2025

PERIKATAN Nasional (PN) is confident of regaining power in Putrajaya in the upcoming 16th General Election (GE16).

Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) Deputy President Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin said PN had proven its ability in the administration of the country before.

“God willing, we will return to Putrajaya soon. We have led the country before, first with Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and then under Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

“Previous leaderships have proven that Bersatu and PN are capable of governing better than the Madani Government today,” he said.

He said this when opening the general assemblies of the youth and women’s wings at Bersatu’s annual general assembly at the Ideal Convention Centre (IDCC), Shah Alam today.

Hamzah stressed that the 16th General Election is the most important episode to determine the future of the young generation in this country, so they do not become "refugees in their own land".

“This is not just a power struggle, but rather a determinant of the fate of future generations.

“The upcoming elections are the most important episode, not just for us, but to determine the future of our children and grandchildren so that they do not become refugees in their own land. This is our struggle,” he said.

He urged all party wings to be prepared in terms of energy, time and finances to ensure that PN's struggles achieve success. - September 6, 2025
